Architectural stretched-fabric structures for car parks, walkways, entrances & landmark buildings.
A tensile membrane structure is a large-span architectural roof of high-strength tensioned fabric (Serge Ferrari PTFE or PVDF) over steel masts, used for car parks, walkways and landmark buildings. We design, engineer, fabricate and install them.
Tensile membrane is shade at architectural scale. A high-strength Serge Ferrari membrane is stretched over a substantial engineered structure of steel masts, frames and cables — the structure does the heavy lifting, so the fabric can span dramatic distances. Built for bigger projects: car parks, covered walkways, building entrances, atriums, stadiums and landmark commercial structures. Fully design-build in Serge Ferrari PTFE/PVDF, engineered for the Malaysian climate from concept to installation. Shading a car porch, pool or garden instead? That is a job for a lighter tensile shade sail, not a full membrane structure.
